WHAT’S THE MINIMUM ORDER AMOUNT?
Our minimum order quantity (MOQ) is set at 10,000 units/ kg per contractual order. However, we allow every customer to split their orders into several sessions with terms and conditions applied. For orders below the minimum requirement, kindly contact us for a special term period and charges.
DO YOU PROVIDE DELIVERY SERVICE?
Yes! We do provide delivery service at charge. However, we advise our customer to arrange their own transport to avoid any technical delays in delivery.
WHAT SERVICES DO YOU PROVIDE?
We provide a variety of services including OEM, ODM, Repacking, and general processing services (eg. washing, grinding, drying, sterilising, vacuum packing, expiry date printing, bottling, sealing, etc.)
HOW LONG DOES THE JOB TAKES?
Every job would require around 7 ~ 14 working days to complete, subject to the complexity of the job scope.
IS YOUR FACTORY HALAL CERTIFIED?
Yes! Our factory is halal certified since 2018. We comply strictly with the regulation set out by the JAKIM. Every processing work in our factory is completed by Muslims who have attended Halal courses and have been fully vaccinated.
